Rio Surfacing Ltd has renewed their certification with Safecontractor and is pleased to announce their continued accreditation with this widely recognised Safety Schemes in Procurement organisation.

“The SafeContractor scheme provides a health and safety audit service for contractors who want to reassure their clients that health and safety is being handled correctly and sufficiently on their sites” explains Ian Deacon, Managing Director at Rio Group. “The Rio Group has made health and safety its top priority with a strong focus on continually improving all aspects of its performance in this crucial area”.

Contracts  Manager,  Andy Wilson  agrees.  “It’s important that we keep up-to-date with the latest health and safety legislation and ensure that we have a system in place to implement this. The sectors within which the Rio Group operates can be dangerous if the correct procedures are not followed.  Safecontractor registration is a way of demonstrating that we take health and safety seriously.
