There was widespread deterioration of the existing surfaces causing estensive rutting and pothole issues. Following the planned maintenance scheme and a survey of the areas by the property management company, they decided to engage\u00a0Rio\u00a0Surfacing to address these issues. After close consultation with the residents, working in normal hours, across 3 days, the\u00a0Rio\u00a0Surfacing team, planed off an area of 2,568sqm, resurfacing it with proprietary binder (base course) and surface course (wearing course) , along with thermoplastic line marking, drainage cleaning and clearance and general making good on completion.
