Spanning over 16 months, the project involved the renewal of approximately 6000m\u00b2 of roofing, as well as extensive mechanical and electrical works to upgrade and replace key systems. These included the water and gas supply systems on the roof, air handling, air conditioning, and fume extraction ventilation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The works were highly varied, requiring a multitude of roofing disciplines including flat roofing, felt, liquid, and spray-applied systems, each chosen to best suit the particular requirements of different roof areas and specific building needs.
