Rio Asphalt & Paving Co Ltd, working alongside Concept Education Services, completed the entire roofing system at St Joseph & St Theresa Catholic Primary School over the course of 12 months and 2 phases.

The school has been operational throughout the project and due to the tight access and boundary fence lines, we had to carefully plan and programme in the works to the different areas, working in collaboration with the school to ensure minimal disruption to their daily activities.

The works consisted of the removal and replacement of all rooflights, new kitchen extract equipment, M&E alterations and brand new windows to 3 roof areas to accommodate the new tapered waterproofing scheme, resulting in greater drainage and thermal performance for the premises.
