Rio Group Ltd have recently completed the annual quality audit required to maintain its ISO certification, and is pleased to announce it received no non-conformances, a true rarity in the construction industry. “ISO certifies companies across all difference industries, and conducts annual audits to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained,” explains Ian Deacon, Managing Director at Rio Group. “It is uncommon for companies to pass the audit with zero non-conformances - and the fact that we did just proves how quality and process oriented we are, and how seriously we take these standards.”
